Christmas Wall Hanging

On November 17th, I attended a workshop with my DD, Jen. It was hosted and taught by Beth Kingston, who is Alaska's head rep for "I Remember When." All products by Cosmo Cricket.

Top piece shows my four kids in 1987 (left photo) and 1993; 2nd piece is our family Christmas card photo from 1986; 3rd piece shows my parents, Christmas 1988 (left) and my kids in 1986 and the bottom piece shows my Dad, our three older kids, DH Rog and myself, Christmas 2000 (youngest DS took the photo).

6x12 Layouts

Well - guess it's about time I make a new post or two for this blog! Here are two 6x12 LOs I made for a challenge group at Scrapbook.com. The challenge is being hosted by my own dear sis-in-law, Linda Smith - aka "akbear." Up until participating in this challenge, I had never worked with the 6x12 size before and you know - I really like using it!

The cute little boy is 15 month old Jacey - one of the three children my daughter, Jenni, cares for.

Whoo~Hoo! My First Crafting Blog!

Oh my! Where to begin? How about a small introduction --

I am a photographer and a paper-crafter who lives in Alaska. I enjoy making scrapbook albums, altered items and cards, using yummy papers, lovely stamps and my own photos. This blog is where I will share my projects - if you enjoy what you see, then I hope you come back to visit on occasion.

For now, here's my most recent craft project - a set of 40 invitations for a friend's going-away party.
* Pre-folded cards and textured cardstock by Die Cuts with a View
* Stamp, unknown
* Mini-brads by Making Memories
* Transparency sheets by Hammermill
